Then One Day A State Stix Was Born
State Stix’s were created by Chef Massimo and his wife Carla.
Chef Massimo was born, raised and professionally trained in Calabria Italy. Chef Massimo has over twenty-five years of culinary experience and he finds himself experimenting and creating new dishes daily.
Carla comes to State Stix with ten years of experience under the apprenticeship of Chef Napoli.

When Carla and Massimo married in the summer of 2007, they swore someday they’d bring a true taste of Italy to the States. Determined to bring something exciting and new, they now bring State Stix's to you.
